All of our Confetti Paper and Streamer Paper is made in America.

Flame retardant, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, complies with PS-46-71 and NFPA 701, conforms to CONEG, ASTM D4236, LHAMA, FHSA, is biodegradable, bleed resistant, meets all state and federal laws, and made in the U.S.A. from virgin wood pulp.

Beware: Most paper on the market is made in another country from recycled materials that are toxic and can be very flammable. Since The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has voted unanimously to ban the manufacture and sale of lead-cored wicks for candles, why would you use toxic paper containing high levels of lead?

January 13, 2005: Since our paper products are Made In The U.S.A., we are not and will not be affected by the antidumping duty of 266% imposed by The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) against imports of certain tissue paper products from the People's Republic of China.

Manufactured and tested to comply with the flammability tests promulgated under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act, administrated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, section 191.14

The Flame-proofing agent applied to the paper is non-toxic

Meets the CONEG (Coalition of North East Governors) requirements for packaging - the sum concentration levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium present in the tissue does not exceed 100 parts per million by weight

The tissue paper is biodegradable. It is made from 100% wood fiber pulp, no recycled materials. No chemicals are added to preserve the wood fibers. If used outdoors, it will naturally biodegrade like a leaf that has fallen from a tree.

Dissolvable Confetti - Just wash it away with water!

This is the environmentally friendly, outdoor safe, flame retardant, non-toxic, slow falling confetti made with a starch based mixture that will dissolve when in contact with water (just wash it away or let the next rain fall do it for you). It is trade marked as Magic Confetti. Approx size is 3/4" X 2". It works great in blowers and makes a nice snow effect outdoors or indoors. Sold in white only and in 10 pound increments. This product is made to order, allow an extra week for delivery.
